Today, Amazon announced a revamped version of its Luna game streaming service, which now includes more than 50 games available to Prime members. The redesign also includes the launch of GameNight, a collection of multiplayer games designed to be played amongst family and friends in the comfort of your living room, on a television or device that you already own. Luna is available on Fire TV devices, tablets, smartphones, web browsers, and some LG and Samsung smart TVs, with a list of compatible controllers for each platform available here.

As someone who believes in the promise of game streaming, I’d heard of Luna before, but as a Prime member, there is no reason to not give Luna a try, as it now includes more than 50 games at no additional cost with my membership. And the list includes some heavy hitters like Hogwarts Legacy, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and TopSpin 2K25.

As with other gaming services, the library of titles will evolve over time, with games coming and going. You can see the current library of Luna titles here. If you try Luna and enjoy it as a part of your Prime benefits, Amazon also offers Luna Premium (formerly Luna+) for $9.99 a month that expands the game library further with titles like EA Sports FC 25 and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. You can see the full list of Luna Premium games right here.

I admit to not giving Luna the time of day before, but this revamp seems like the best time to see what it’s all about. I may even check out Amazon’s Luna controller. If I do, I will report back on my findings.
