The folks at Tripwire Interactive have shared a new gameplay trailer for Viking turn-based tactical RPG, NORSE: Oath of Blood, coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S later this year. The new video gives us a good look at the brutal turn-based combat, some of the components of settlement building, as well as the first look at customizable equipment and abilities that you can choose from to build a Viking war party that fits your style.
NORSE: Oath of Blood takes players to Viking-age Norway, where you’ll play as Gunnar, a young warrior who is forced to rebuild after his father is murdered by a rival warband leader. In addition to turn-based combat, the choices you make will determine how the story plays out, how relationships develop, and whether alliances are made or broken.
