Today, developer IllFonic launched 3v7 survival horror multiplayer game Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Where Killer Klowns differs from other games in the genre is by giving the human survivors more power than typical. Human players team up to survive the Klowns, gathering loot and weapons around Crescent Cove to turn the tables. Meanwhile, Klown players hunt down the humans with absurd weapons and other-worldly abilities to harvest them successfully.
Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game was developed with guidance from the creators of the original films – the Chiodo Bros – meaning that fans of the property can expect an homage to the 80’s movies, as well as plenty of easter eggs. IllFonic is planning to reveal the post-launch content roadmap in the near future, but for now, check out the launch trailer below.
