NEXON Games is preparing to host a crossplay open beta next week for its free-to-play third-person RPG shooter The First Descendant, which will take place September 19th through 25th on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Today, though, they have shared a new 17-minute prologue which sets the table for the game’s story and includes a new look at gameplay as well.
The First Descendant has been developed on Unreal Engine 5.2 and features cooperative play for up to four players, where you will take on missions, boss fights, and raids across the continent of Ingris in a battle against alien invaders known as the Vulgus. I've been eyeing this one since last year, and plan to hop into the open beta next week - it is looking really good. Have a look for yourself below:
