Road Diner Simulator announced for PC and consoles; will feature 'cross-game' support

More On: Road Diner Simulator

There’s a simulator for all manner of things these days, and I’m absolutely here for it. Today, DRAGO Entertainment announced another entry in the genre: Road Diner Simulator, which is coming to PC, with console versions planned for the future as well. At the moment, we don’t have a release date for any version of the game, but hopefully our order is up in the near future.

In Road Diner Simulator, you’ll acquire a 1950s diner along the legendary Route 66 and get to work building the dive of your dreams. The type of clientele you attract is up to your design choices; create a cozy tourist trap, or maybe something a bit rougher around the edges that caters to criminals and outcasts. Perhaps the most interesting feature of Road Diner Simulator is that it will feature cross-game support with fellow DRAGO title Gas Station Simulator. Players who own both games will be able to watch both of their business grow in real-time. That’s pretty neat!

In a bit of a twist for a simulator, you’ll be able to interact with your customers and learn their unique stories. Develop signatures dishes and then use the profits to hire staff or renovate your building. Road Diner Simulator is being built on Unreal Engine 5 with support for the Lumen and Nanite technology, which should give us a good looking simulator – something that isn’t always a staple of the genre.
