Developer Moon Punch Studio and publisher Toplitz Productions announced that Wild West survival RPG Wild West Dynasty will release into Steam Early Access on February 16th. It is the latest entry in the publisher’s “Dynasty” franchise and will combine an open-world sandbox, roleplaying, city-building, survival elements, and an original story set in the American west during the 1800s.
If you’re a virtual cowboy like me, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on this one. Players will start a new life in the expansive American west and try to survive the harsh wilderness long enough to create their own dynasty. Build your ranch, gather resources, explore the world on horseback, develop trade routes, and recruit settlers as you leave your mark on the western frontier. It sounds like what you'd get if you took the roleplaying elements from a certain ultra-popular western RPG from 2018 and expanded on those.
I hope this eventually makes its way to PlayStation, as Medieval Dynasty did earlier this year from Toplitz, because I am very keen to check it out. For now, it is slated to release for PC only via Steam. Check out a new release date trailer below:
