A couple of weeks ago, A44 Games and Kepler Interactive announced Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn with a rather nice-looking cinematic trailer. In a new video released on Friday, the team behind Flintlock revealed a bit more about the world and the main character of Flintlock.
In Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, main character Nor Vanek and her cat-like (but clearly mystical) companion Enki will embark on a mission of vengeance as they lead the humanity's charge against the old gods with the newly discovered power of gunpowder.
Cool video and all, but Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is scheduled to release later in 2022. At this point, I don't want to see more about the making of the game - I want to see the game itself to better understand its systems. These videos have been quite brief and high level, so I'm hoping that the next thing we see from A44 and Kepler Interactive is a deep dive.
Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn will be available later in 2022 on PC, PlayStation consoles and Xbox consoles (including a release on Game Pass).
