It was last September that we got a shocker of an announcement that Microsoft was acquiring ZeniMax Media and, of course, Bethesda Softworks. Well, today is the day that it's officially official.

Microsoft is now home to Bethesda, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios adding a bunch of new high quality talent and products to their portfolio.

Does this mean that some titles will now be exclusive to PC and Xbox owners? That would be a yes. A company that made games for other platforms, there will be some titles that you won't play on other systems. Which ones will that be, we won't know for a while.

To celebrate, Microsoft will be putting out some new Bethesda games on Game Pass this week so look for that announcement in the near future. Congrats to Microsoft on picking up a great group of folks and I look forward to upcoming information from them on Starfield, Elders Scrolls VI, and the inevitable Fallout 5 announcement in the future.
