It's the US opening weekend for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in theaters. To help celebrate, Telltale Games and Marvel have recently released a physical retail version of Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series this week on the PlayStation 4 and XBox One. Although the disc itself only contains Episode 1: Tangled Up In Blue, the purchase also comes with a season pass that will grant buyers access to the remaining four episodes as they release.

Released digitally on April 18th, this particular Telltale Series is chock full of talented voice acting - featuring Scott Porter as Star-Lord, Emily O'Brien voicing Gamora, Nolan North as Rocket Raccoon, Brandon Paul Eells as Drax and Adam Harrington as Groot. Keeping in tune with the charm that the Guardians of the Galaxy movies offer, each episode is coyly named after a classic song: "Tangled Up in Blue" by Bob Dylan, "Under Pressure" by Queen, "More than a Feeling" by Boston, "Who Needs You" by Queen (again!), and "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey.

Be sure to pick this one up, lest you meet the ire of a certain armed space rodent.
