Rock Band Wii DLC: The Who and The Funk

by: Cyril -
More On: Rock Band 2
It's time once again for Harmonix to reach into their back catalog and deliver a bunch of new songs for the Wii version of Rock Band 2.  This week Wii owners will get a chance to download a few more songs from The Who (including a bunch of their songs recorded live), as well as all of the songs that hit the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this week (James Brown, The New Pornographers, Papa Roach, etc.).  Speaking as somebody who owns and loves that live set from The Who, those are definitely three of the songs you should pick up this week.  I'm not as sold on the other eight songs, but if you like funk or one-hit wonders, then you'll have no problem picking up songs from The New Pornographers or Papa Roach.  As usual all of these songs retail for $1.99 each.  If you're curious what most of these songs sound like, I welcome you to check out the videos in last week's Rock Band DLC announcement.  In the mean time, here is a list of all of the songs coming to Rock Band 2 on the Wii starting today.
