E3 2008: Project Origin impressions

I didn't get to spend a lot of time with Project Origin as I only got the chance to play the game for five minutes while I was waiting to see Wanted.  What little I saw of the game looked promising although I had to double check the game as the level I was playing was neither an office or warehouse(OK that was a cheap shot) but rather a deserted street where troops were taking shots at me from rooftops and from ground level.    The game has received a nice graphical update (which is saying something as the original game looked great).  Combat is solid as the AI is just as good as it was in F.E.A.R. as I saw troops using cover effectively.  That was about all I saw of the game so I can't really pass much judgment on the game as there were no scene with Alma or any real plot points to the game.  I do have high hopes for the game as the original was such a solid FPS.
