The folks at Konami, makers of games like
Drummania and
Guitar Freaks, are
suing Harmonix for patent infringement for
Rock Band. What makes this one interesting though is that Activision references the Konami patents on the page for
Guitar Hero III and I'm guessing they are covered as well for
World Tour. Will this have any bearing with the lawsuit on Harmonix? Guess we'll see in time what happens with this one.
