Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties are just a few weeks away and Sega have released a new trailer showing off the combat for Kiryu. The Dragon of Dojima Kiryu will focus on that classic hand to hand combat with his signature heat moves but also has "Ryukyu Style" which focus on weapons based attacks and some of these look amazing. The best part of all of this? I didn't see an enemy spam block a single attack which already makes this a massive improvement over the original Yakuza 3.
In other news there will also be a demo of Yakuza 3 & Dark Ties available later today in which players will get to try out both games.
The demo for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will be available on January 21st 2026 and the full game will be available on February 12th 2026 for PS4, PS5, Switch 2, Xbox One, Series X and PC.
