There were rumors swirling around lately that a videogame based on Hellraiser would be announced soon and honestly I had no interest because I just assumed it would be another crappy asym game that was going to get shut down quickly. Well the rumors were true as Saber Interactive have announced "Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival" and.... oh my god It's a miracle! It's a single player survival horror game! This is what I want to see more of when adapting these horror classics to videogames. Best of all Doug Bradley will be reprising his role as Pinhead in the game. Just a warning the trailer is NSFW and there is even a red band trailer on their website which is even more NSFW with nudity and, as you would expect from the Hellraiser series, tons of gnarly gore.
No release date yet but the game will be available on PS5, Series X and PC.
