Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has been out for a little while now. All I've seen are touch of death combos, so I got my fix with KOF XV, and the demo. Needless to say, I haven't touched COTW, with the exception of the demo.
You lucky people, however, just got Terry's brother Andy Bogard, for the free. As part of Season Pass 1, anyone who has the game, gets Andy free of charge. The Shiranui style ninja without a mask is now available for everyone. If you want to see him do all the damage to your life bar, SNK has provided a trailer. And if you're still...outside the city, it's probably safer there.
I personally think this one is for the pros. I may change my tune once Ken from Street Fighter shows up later this Summer.
