Yesterday, IOI officially announced their long awaited James Bond videogame titled "007 First Light" and today we got the first trailer for the game. Serving as an origin story for a very young James bond, we got to see some gunplay, gadgets and a driving sequence.
The brief gameplay we did see did look very much like their previous Hitman series and to be honest that is perfectly fine for me as I absolutely loved those games and thing that type of gameplay would work perfectly for a James Bond game with an updated gun mechanics.
An official gameplay deep dive reveal is planned for later this summer.
007 First Light is scheduled to be released in 2026.
