Dotemu doesn't disappoint. The current king of the side scrolling beat em up is doing all the cool things, and now they are getting their latest title ready. This one is different, because it's also a rogue like, so it's die, die again AND a side scrolling beat em up, which I don't think has ever been done before. Absolum is coming soon, and they have revealed three characters so far, and Cider is their latest one. Cider is described as "an enigmatic fusion of human and construct, carefully rebuilt from near death by a mysterious puppeteer.".
You know how this goes with Dotemu though. Lots of attacks and air combos, Large bosses, and super attacks, and of course, multi player fun. I'll link the trailer below for all three characters, and you should know that the Demo will be available for Steam for the Steam Next Fest, which is pretty much demos to all the games you'll ever want to play.
