She looks more dangerous than ever, and yes, she can heal herself. It seems to be her critical art, which can only be used once she's low on health, and has a level 3. I'll probably get worked by her. It's only fair. Elena is the bane of my Street Fighter existence. She owns me.
In more Street Fighter 6 news, the game will be reduced to 39.99 for the PS4/PS5, Xbox Series, and Steam, while the Fighters Edition comes with all the DLC from seasons one and two.
