More On: Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland

My wife loves to joke about how sheltered my early childhood was. Like some of you, at least I hope, my parents were careful with watch I watched on TV at a young age. As such, Rugrats was a show I was not initially allowed to watch as a kid. Of course that meant all I did was watch the show, same with the Simpsons. Looking back, it’s a little funny to see what is what my parents were worried about. Poop jokes. Anyway, the MIX, Limited Run Games and WALLRIDE have come together to create Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland. This is a all-new platforming adventure is coming to PC, consoles, and, believe it or not, the NES care of an exclusive Limited Run physical edition. If you can’t wait to play as Tommy, Chuckie, Phil or Lil until later this spring then you can check out the free demo now available. The real treat for collectors seems to be the Limited Run physical edition for Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland.

There are two different tiers of collector’s editions. “The VHS Edition is inspired by classic Nickelodeon orange tapes and features an LRG-signature VHS-styled box and gold Reptar SteelBook. Collectors going a step further can pick up a Collector’s Edition that features an exclusive gold Reptar figure from Super7 alongside extras like a CD soundtrack, a digital code for the full game to be delivered upon digital release, and a certificate of authenticity.” Both physical editions will be available to pre-order until April 21st. Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland launches digitally this Spring for Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and PC via Steam.
