I don’t think I can get enough Farm Sims in my life. For whatever reason I always feel drawn to them. Something about putting on a podcast and tending a garden or clean up that hits in the right spot. I’m hopeful that Palia will do that. The game has been out for PC but is making it’s way to Switch. At last night’s Game Wards Singularity 6 announced that Palia will launch on Nintendo Switch Thursday, December 14, 2023. If you’re unfamiliar with Palia you, “explore a vibrant new world made just for you, a free-to-play, cozy sim MMO game. Craft, cook, fish, and farm with friends as you live the life of your dreams and discover an enchanting adventure filled with colorful characters and a mystery to unravel.”
Some more good news is that Palia will offer players full cross-play and cross-progression support from Nintendo Switch to PC, and is free to play across platforms. Nintendo Switch owners can pre-order Palia for free from the Nintendo eShop now. If you link your Nintendo Switch to their Palia account at launch you can earn a Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket, a Mushroom Glider, and a Leapfroggy Outfit.
