SpellForce: Conquest of Eo takes turn-based strategy and 4x elements to give what developer Owned by Gravity and publisher THQ Nordic hope are short, yet exhilarating turn-based tactical battles. While you may be playing as a mage the entire time, there are still three different play styles to choose. “Command armies from diverse SpellForce races such as Orcs, Elves, Dwarves, Men, and many more. Each of the three mage professions offers unique ways to fortify your forces: raise the undead as a Necromancer, empower your troops with potent potions as an Alchemist, or forge powerful runes for your soldiers as an Artificer.” I’m really curious about the procedurally generated campaign, something like that could give SpellForce legs for years.
