NetherRealm Studios was at Comic Con yesterday and revealed a brand new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 showing off the Umgadi clan. The Umgadi clan is a tribe of female warriors who are tasked with protecting the royal family in Outworld. So this is one of those new elements that they are introducing into this rebooted world of Mortal Kombat since this clan never existed in the original canon.
The trailer revealed three more playable characters and a new Kameo character.
