Outright Games today announced that it will be returning to the depths of the wild jungle with the November release of Jumanji: Wild Adventures. the new game will follow the four hero/avatars from the films as they attempt to find the mysterious Jewel of Jumanji.
Outright Games says that this new game will be a direct sequel to Jumanji the Video Game, but it will be four times bigger than the original. It looks as though outright got the rights to not just the name and setting, but also the actors' likenesses, as the film franchise's stars are heavily featured in the promotional materials. Players can hop into the game solo or with up to 4-player local co-op. Check out the reveal trailer here:
Jumanji: Wild Adventures is scheduled to release on November 3, 2023 on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
