While I haven’t tried out Verses of Enchantment yet, the trailer excites me. The look and feel developer Nachtvlam is trying to give off is working on me. “Play as an aspiring wizard in an 18th century fantasy world. Become the ultimate sorcerer as you explore the realm and learn magic in the form of cards from a cast of unique and diverse characters. Study and learn the secrets of the five different schools of magic dictating the world and collect spells in the form of cards in order to build a library of skills and knowledge.”
Another unique spin that Verses of Enchantment has is the AI-generated poetry. I know AI anything already draws some lines in the sand, but something like this could really come with some funny results.
Verses of Enchantment will launch on Steam later this year.
