My first Harvest Moon title was played on the Game Boy Color; I missed out on the PlayStation titles; but that soon will be changing. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature will be launching on PlayStation Plus on February 21. This was the first Harvest Moon title to launch on the PlayStation in North America on November 20, 2000. “Harvest Moon: Back to Nature left an impact on players over twenty years ago as the first farming sim for PlayStation,” said Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume Inc. “It is a joy to work with PlayStation again to bring one of our most beloved titles to PlayStation Plus so that fans can revisit a game that they so fondly remember, and new players can play a classic game that created an entirely new genre!”
The story of Back to Nature is nothing earth-shattering; you visit your Grandfather's ranch when vacation plans fall through. There are over 50 characters to interact with, not including all the farm animals that will need tending to. Can you make the farm into something that your grandfather would be proud of? I’m willing to give it a shot.
