The Nintendo Switch version of the meteoric Wii Sports has been out for a minute now, and I'm probably up to my face in the online Bowling. The game that lets you play 16 others online is extremely fun, and out of all the games on the list, it's the one I play the most. That may change, as Nintendo has added Golf to Nintendo Switch Sports, for free. This free update adds 21 holes from the Wii Version, and includes a Mario Golf type feature, battle golf.
Battle golf (not the official title) puts you up against 7 other players online, all at the same time. The one who has the least strokes at the end of the round, obviously wins. These additions, as well as the additions to clothing, titles, and styles for your Sportsmate are going to keep this game going for years. They've also snuck in a LAN local play, where you can connect up to 8 switches. I kind of want to see this in action, honestly.
