Fatshark announces Closed Beta for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

Developer Fatshark announced Closed Beta test dates for their upcoming 4 person co-op shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. Darktide comes from the same studio of the award winning Vermintide franchise. In Darktide, you will go deep into the Hive City to face hordes of enemies with up to 4 buddies. This game will combine both first person shooter and melee combat compared to the more melee focused Vermintide.

The Closed Beta will run from October 14-16 for PC players only. You can sign up at https://www.playdarktide.com/ for a chance to visit the Hive City.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will release on November 30, 2022 on PC via Steam and Xbox Series S|X. Pre-orders for the game are available now. Please see below for different pre-order details:

• Loyalist Pack: Purge heresy in style with these 4 unique class outfits, 8 weapon skin patterns, one headgear, and an Ogryn body tattoo.
• Mortis Veteran Portrait Frame: A cosmetic portrait frame used to pay tribute to the fallen defenders of Tertium Hive.
• Caducades Backpack: A cosmetic backpack for human characters. Scavenged from the fallen troops of Cadia, this backpack has been repurposed to serve those still alive and fighting.
