Gamescom's Opening Night Live finally unveiled the long awaited release date for Return to Monkey Island.
You play as Guybrush Threepwood and embark on a brand new adventure through the Caribbean to uncover the Monkey Island's most famous secret. Old friends and foes will make a return in addition to a new crew of Pirate Leaders that may prove to be more of an adversary than ally.
Return to Monkey island is the sequel to the original Monkey Island created by Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman. Some of the original voice cast members will reprise their roles as well! This sequel includes brand new controls, accessibility features and jokes!
Pre-orders are available now on the official website and grant users with "a highly exclusive and entirely useless Horse Armor"!
Return to Monkey Island is coming to PC via Steam and the Nintendo Switch on September 19, 2022. You can wishlist the game now on Steam to support the developers!
