Fulqrum Publishing has announced an updated release for Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2, the sequel to the first game from 2019. The game was previously slated to release earlier this year in May but got delayed for further polishing. This is the second time the game has been delayed, as it was originally supposed to release last October 2021 for Early Access but ultimately the developers decided to push the date back and release in 1.0 instead.
Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 is an action rogue-like role playing game that continues the narrative of the first game, but introduces new elements such as crafting. Prepare to meet old acquaintances and new characters alike, as you trek through procedurally generated locations and defend yourself from nightmarish creatures. Play as 6 different characters, including the Detective, the Witch, Medium, Veteran, Alienist, and Professor.
Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 is coming to PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store on September 13, 2022 for $24.99. You can play the free demo and wishlist the game now on Steam.
