The Unliving combines rogue-lite and real-time strategy gameplay, and is hoping to offer a unique spin on the genre as it, “follows a powerful Necromancer out to wreak havoc across humanity’s domains by smiting enemies, before resurrecting and commanding them as a horde of sinister undead. The Unliving will feature procedurally generated worlds that will offer endless runs with their own set of enemies, artifacts, and secrets. You as the Necromancer must learn from each failed attempt in order to succeed in overthrowing the opposing forces.
