This Thursday will see the launch of the next campaign add-on for Borderlands 3 titled Guns, love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright and Hammerlock. Along with that will also be two free content updates for all players: the next level cap increase and a new ECHOcast Twitch Extension event. The new level cap will be 57, up from 53, giving players four additional skill points and letting them equip two capstone abilities at once. Then there's the new Moxxtail ECHOcast Twitch extension event that will provide viewers with a new way to support their favorite streamers. Players can use Twitch Bits to collectively create cocktails that can buff streamers once they're delivered in-game. More info can be found here which goes over the Twitch extension for streamers and gives some more info on the Moxxtail event.

Then there's two more free content updates coming in April: Mayhem Mode 2.0 and the Revenge of the Cartel seasonal event. Mayhem Mode 2.0 will bring changes to the user interface, additional Mayhem modifiers, and a new Mayhem-specific weapon drop system. For Revenge of the Cartel, Maurice returns and tasks players with taking out cartel operatives throughout the Borderlands. If you meet his quota he'll send you to the Mansion, a new location where an intense boss battle awaits, but with three different factions to fight, the combat you encounter will change each time. The Revenge of the Cartel event will last six weeks.
