Well this news came out of nowhere. Logitech is going to be acquiring Streamlabs for a cool $89 million in cash and an additional $29 million in Logitech stock.
Streamlabs has bee my go to software to stream. I know a lot of folks use it actually. It's based off of the very awesome OBS software but adds a ton of great features that really help a streamer interact with their viewers and keep tabs on various notifications as well as easily switch between scenes.
Logitech does make some streaming equipment so maybe we'll see more integration with Streamlabs and even some new products in the future to take advantage of the new partnership as well.
