Reel in Fishing Star World Tour on September 26

More On: Fishing Star World Tour

The title gives it away, but let's dive in anyways. On September 26, players will get a chance to reel in Fishing Star World Tour for the Nintendo Switch, and there's no de-bait about it; this looks like a pretty fin-tastic fishing game. Players can catch over 180 different kinds of fish across 40 different locations, completing objectives and tracking whatever species is next on your list. As if it couldn't get any betta, you can also customize your fishing gear, including your Lure, Rod, and Reel (and there are some pretty cool options in there!).

Now, don't say i'm gill-ty of omitting information. I didn't forget to mention that the game also supports the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con Fishing Rod, including a mini-game that challenges them to catch the biggest fish while speeding along in their boats.

What are you whale-ting for? Get your fishing poles ready by the time September 26 rolls around; Fishing Star World Tour will retail for $29.99, and after a few minutes playing this with the family you'll all be kraken up and having a grand old time.

I'm going to let y'all in on a secret; the best thing about being in a different state than Gaming Nexus' editors is that they can't stop me from making terrible puns on my news posts.
