It looks like the rumors were true.
For weeks there has been an email or so floating around the internet saying that Ronda Rousey would be playing Sonya Blade in Mortal Kombat 11. At the Mortal Kombat 11 reveal event, it was confirmed that the baddest woman on the planet, Ronda Rousey herself will be voicing the character of Sonya Blade.
I was pretty apprehensive about this but it looks like Ronda is really excited to be playing the character and it seems like she is a real fan of the series and character, so good for her!
