New Trailer for Gwent literally tells you how to play

"Gwent is a card game", begins the narrator of the latest trailer for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, the latest title from CD Projekt Red.

The video goes into heavy detail, and although I'm not sure just how different this product is compared to the Witcher 3 version of the game, but here are some highlights:

• The player engages in battles, which are divided into rounds. With each round, the player must gain more points than their opponent. Winning two out of three rounds will give the player victory.
• Players begin by choosing a faction, each with their own unique features.
• Then, the player amasses their army, or cards, neither exceeding the cost nor the recruitment limit (both are explained in the video).
• The battlefield is divided into two halves, with each player occupying two subdivided halves within.
• Next: Strategic Placement and Battle

Just checking out the trailer, this version of Gwent definitely looks a lot more advanced than the one from The Witcher 3. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game beta launches October 23rd and the PS4 and Xbox One versions launch December 4th.
