Coming from the developer currently working on a three part strategy game set across the entire Warhammer universe, that's a pretty big statement.
In the careers section of Creative Assembly's website, a new project has appeared alongside job offers. The job offers are sadly about as unspecific as they can be; they mention designing weapons, gadgets, and other general gameplay elements like movement. I suppose the word "gadgets" has some sci-fi connotations, and since this is the team that worked on Alien: Isolation and Halo Wars 2, there may be some substance to that.
Whatever it is, I'm on board. Creative Assembly's Total War series is, to my mind, one of the most consistently solid series around, and even if this game is being worked on by a different division, it's still something I have faith in.
