Good news, the cost of the best heroes in Star Wars Battlefront II will be reduced by 75%

In a blog post by John Wasilcyzk, a DICE Executive Producer, it's been announced that the best heroes in Star Wars Battlefront II will be cut by 75%. 

"Unlocking a hero is a great accomplishment in the game, it's something we want players to have fun earning", he states. After a canned response by EA on Reddit about earning heroes (coincidentally also calling the feat an "accomplishment", it became the most downvoted comment in Reddit history. 

Luke and Darth Vader's cost is now 15,000 credits; Leia, Palpatine, and Chewbacca are priced at 10,000; single-player protagonist Iden Versio's cost stands at 5,000. 

"It's a big change, and it's one we can make quickly", Wasilcyzk continues. The update is live today.
