About a month ago, Gun Media announced a ton of new content coming to Friday the 13th: The Game in the future including a swimsuit pack for the counselors, a new gesture and emote system, a brand new map and a brand new Jason. In a new trailer, Gun Media confirms that Part 4 Jason and a map based on the Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter movie. It's also been confirmed that Part 4 Jason's primary weapon will be a meat clever.
Of course we got no release date aside from "soon", and this is just speculation on my part, but at this point I am going to assume that all of this stuff is going to be released on Friday, October 13th. Of course you know they want to release content on Friday the 13th so my guess is we are gonna get a big content pack on that day.
