Back when I was in college I wasn't all that great at first person shooters not made by Rare and on the N64. However, that didn't stop me from joining my friends in a few rounds of Quake between classes. Even today I'll play a round or two just in case my friends ever want to play again and I'd like to stand at least some sort of a chance. Last year Quake Champions was announced at E3 and id Software and Bethesda has recently announced that the game is about to go into it's Closed Beta.
If you're interested in signing up for the Closed Beta you can head on over to www.Quake.com to check out more info and to sign up (must be at least eighteen years of age or older). In the meantime, Bethesda has also released two videos over the past couple of days: one to celebrated the game going into Closed Beta and the other one the first of a series of videos highlighting the game's various champions, in this case Nyx.
