CD Project Red continues to fine tune Gwent, their standalone card game derived from the Witcher series. The latest update introduces ranked matches, redesigned player progression, and a few dozen new cards, including animated premium versions of some existing ones.
A detailed list of changes can be found in the full changeling on the official site and a video describing the player progression is below. Gwent is still in closed beta but is still listing signups for that beta on the main page of the official site.
