July 20th sees the release of the offline mode for Star Wars Battlefront, Death Star DLC in September

Alright, raise your hand if you're still playing Star Wars Battlefront. Ok, so not that many left out there. If you still do and want some offline action with the game, that mode is coming next week.

EA has posted an update saying that the offline mode will be a free update come July 20th. Bots will be available for you to fight against and you won't have to go online to do so. On the consoles, there will be support for split screen action.

September will see the release of the Death Star expansion pack with more maps and more weapons. No word on the specific date for that one yet.
