SFV servers back up....kind if

The official Street Fighter V server Twitter feed proclaimed that the servers were back online a little bit ago after today's lengthy outage, but the Twitterspehere seems to be in disagreement. While several tweets say thanks and good job, quite a few are still reporting lag issues or servers still not connecting.
