S.P.E.C.I.A.L. are the list of attributes for your character in Fallout. If you haven't played Fallout 3 or New Vegas, you might need a little more info on the seven attributes that define your character. Perhaps you would like more info then to get ready for Fallout 4.
Bethesda will be educating you starting with S for Strength. What does Strength do for you? Well, it determines how much you can carry and how hard you can melee a person. The video, which is pretty damn awesome by the way, will go into some details on how Strength can help you survive the Wasteland.
