Another day, another remastered game from the last generation has been announced. This time we’re looking at a new version of God of War III, God of War III Remastered for the PS4, this coming Summer. Sony Santa Monica recently announced the new release during a Twitch celebration of the series’s 10th anniversary. Just as you would expect, we’re looking at the same, classic game with higher resolution textures, running at a full 1080P resolution and 60 frames per second. The new resolution and coat of paint isn’t what sells me on the title, it is the addition of the now-patented photo mode. I had so much fun with the mode in The Last of Us Remastered and Shadow of Mordor, I can’t wait to utilize it while adventuring with Kratos.
God of War III Remastered will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 on July 14. 2015.
