More On: Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft

There so much news coming out from Blizzard about their epic card game Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft that I could make this a multi-part series. First off the new expansion, Goblins and Gnomes, drops next week.  Come Monday (in the Americas, the rest of the world must wait another day) there will be 120 new cards from an entirely new type of pack to be purchased, crafted, or won in the Arena. The Hearthstone Facebook page has the list of the new cards and there is too much content there to go into great detail now, but on the Hearthstone official site, the team at Blizzard have put up a series of blog posts detailing the cards and how they are going to change the game. Check em out at these links:

But in addition to the expansion, we also have some news on a new Hearthstone Amateur Open Tournament. $10,000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs with qualifying beginning in 2 weeks on Friday, December 19th an will run through the weekend, ending that Sunday, the 21st.
