WWE 2K15 for next gen consoles gets pushed back to November

More On: WWE 2K15

Looks like we will have to wait a bit longer to be body slamming our opponents on our next gen consoles as 2K has announced that WWE 2K15 will be delayed a few weeks on next gen consoles. The new release date for the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game is now November 18th.

The last gen versions will still be released on October 31st. Seems that they need some more time to make sure the next gen version is the best that it can be.

Below is a statement from 2K about the delay.

Visual Concepts and Yuke’s are committed to delivering the most authentic and action-packed WWE experience to date, including release for the very first time on next-generation consoles,” said Greg Thomas, President, Visual Concepts. “The additional development time enables our talented teams to ensure the WWE 2K15 next-gen experience fully meets our expectations.”

While disappointing, I really hope this is for the best. I have been very skeptical about this game because we were almost at launch and didn't really have any details about the game. I still want to know details about WWE Universe mode, the career mode, the creation suite and if any match types will be receiving updates.
