We learned all we ever need to know about Handsome Jack in during the opening hour of Borderlands 2 - specifically it's the "butt stallion" speech that makes me want to shoot him in face.
What I'm getting at is that he's a mean guy. This new video for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, where Handsome Jack is ostensibly on your side, still portrays him as an insufferable bouche-dag.
I sure hope I get to shoot him in the face again.
