I admit, I haven’t paid much attention to Square Enix’s upcoming Murdered: Soul Suspect despite hearing its name quite a few times over the past couple of months. That has all changed now. A new trailer for the game has been released and now that I have taken the time to check it out, the game has instantly jumped to the top of my list of upcoming games. It looks like a supernatural version of L.A. Noire, which is just awesome!
Basically, you’re a dead detective in Salem, Massachusetts who is out to solve your own murder. The problem is that you are caught between this life and the next, so you end up working cases of both the dead and the living. It is a very cool concept that looks to really take the L.A. Noire concept and add in a heavy dose of action and adventure. The new trailer is definitely worth checking out below.
Murdered: Soul Suspect will be available for the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4 on June 3, 2014.
