More On: Europa Universalis IV

The Conquest of Paradise downloadable content is now available for Paradox's turn-based grand strategy game, Europa Universalis IV. This DLC focuses on the New World during the age of exploration. Specifically, it adds a completely randomized American continent, allowing you to assume the roles of colonialists or Native American nations.

In a Twitch livestream on Tuesday, Paradox developers chatted and played over an hour's worth of Conquest of Paradise. Skip to 9:30 in the video below if you want to get past the game trailers and live soundtrack orchestration.

Players that've already figured out how to play a Europa Universalis game are reportedly pleased with Europa Universalis IV, but according to Tom Bitterman our reviewer, the game's tutorial is still "wildly inadequate" for newcomers.

The Conquest of Paradise DLC is on Windows, Mac, and Linux, available on all major digital download portals.
