PSN’s Summer PLAY Program brings the games at a discount

The 2013 edition of Sony’s annual Summer PLAY program on the PlayStation Network has been revealed and it kicks off this week with a variety of discounts and new games sure to please gamers everywhere. The program is meant to bring players the latest releases at discounted prices. This year’s lineup includes the following:
  • July 23: Stealth Inc.- A Clone in the Dark (PS3 and Vita, Cross buy enabled) for $9.99 ($7.99 PS Plus)
  • July 30: Cloudberry Kingdom (PS3) for $9.99 ($7.99 PS Plus)
  • August 4: ibb & obb (PS3) for $9.99 ($7.99 PS Plus)
  • August 13: Ducktales Remastered (PS3) for $14.99 ($11.99 PS Plus)
Although the games don’t begin releasing until next week, they will all be available for pre-order through the PlayStation Store later today. As an added bonus for those who take part in the program, Sony will award PSN credits to those who buy multiple games form the program between now and august 20. Buying any two will net your $3; and three titles will net you $6; and buying all four will earn you a $10 credit on your PSN account.
